Due to business reasons, and approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce, we have changed our Chinese company name from “江苏亚虹医药科技有限公司” to “江苏亚虹医药科技股份有限公司”.
As of December 12th 2020, we will now onwards be using the new name “江苏亚虹医药科技股份有限公司” officially for our company’s recognition. The change of the Company name will not affect any rights and obligations of the company or render defective any legal relationships.
